A The main advantage of using MAME is that you can play multiple games on one neat machine.
 
Q Is MAME reliable and do the games play the same?

MAME system is more reliable than the original boards, keep in mind that some of these good old games date back 20 years circuit boards have a service life of about 5 – 10 years, the game play exactly the same as the original and run much better because modern computers have more computing power than the on board CPU of the old boards.
 
Q How do I select different games on MAME system?

Very easy system starts up with graphically display menu You scroll down with joystick push play one button the game will load now you are ready to play
 
Q How do I change to a different game?

A
Hold player one button and push player two button, this will return you back to main menu.
 
Q Can I change dip switch setting sound volume etc on MAME system?

A Yes anything that can be changed on the original board can be changed in MAME this is done electronically via joystick and buttons, And as a added bonus you can change monitor brightness and contrast the same way.
 
Q Is it hard to add more games?

A
No it is very easy, You copy the new ROMS into the ROMS folder, Run a program called MAMESCAN which sets up you new games on the menu system it’s that easy, We supply MAMESCAN with your new machine.
 
Q Are games ROMS legal?

Yes providing you own the original game board.
 
Q Where do I get new game ROMS?

As a free service to our customers we can copy ROMS from your original boards and install them for you.
 
Q: How many games can I put on my MAME machine?

A
Arcade games ROMS are quite small average of about 40kbs zip file (Galaga) Depending on to size of your hard drive eg. 500mb could store hundreds of games.
 
Q: Can I add extra push buttons to my machine?

A
Yes the Ipac keyboard emulator we use can handle up to 28 inputs
 
Q: Can these machines have a fully working coin mech?

A
