What an absolute pleasure to do business with such a dedicated and sincere company as Classic Games and yourself Richard in this day and age where that is hard to find!!
Your excellence to customer service is undisputedly 100%. The "killer machine" as my husband refers to it is an immaculant piece of engineering and is as much a part of the decor as the furniture.
My husband is still thanking me for such an incredible gift that has brought back so many "good memories" for him. (We may never hear the end of it!). The kids love it too and I have now become of legend status! (If only it lasted!!). It truly is a great family bonder.

ON. Machine was delivered in perfect order by Border Express,
who were only too willing to forward it to the Gold Coast for
us. We have received many hours of fun and the kids love

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am pleased to say that one of the best purchases I have
made in recent years, was an arcade machine from Richard
Gee and his family.
The entire transaction ran smoothly from start to finish
and my kids and I have had endless hours of fun on the machine.
Recently we ran into a minor 'technical' problem and after
consulting with Richard on the phone, had the opportunity
to return the hard-drive (by mail) to Richard for an overhaul.
Even though we were outside the agreed warranty period, Richard
continued to maintain the high level of service we had enjoyed
previously, by attending to repairs at no additional cost.
Here we have an excellent 'e-bayer' and business person
who provides a quality product, and is true to his word on
all dealings, past and present.
I would not hesitate to recommend classicgames.com.au to
any individual or business interested in purchasing arcade
or related entertainment packages.

other one arrived damage. Even though no responsibility was accepted
by anyone in transport, (and it certainly wasn't your fault), you

just letting you know I have installed the new machine and
all is working ok. Having tons of fun with the kids on it.
Ps. I should have taken the one with the coin slot. Even @
20c a game I would be making a fortune from my friends (who
are all plus 30). I cant keep them off it.

cocktail machine has arrived in perfect order.

unit is working perfect, what a great machine, my wife and
I have had hours of fun playing all the old classic games
that we played in our youth.

Dear Richard,
My new arcade MAME machine has arrived today
all ok and working great.
Thank you very much I think I said to you
at the time that I only wanted Galaga game, but now I am glad
that I went for the multi game machine as I now have the best
of both worlds.
Now I can play Galaga and hundreds of all
the other classic games as well fantastic.
